Freebie: Hearts
Happy Valentine’s Day! I have felt God’s love pouring over me in the past few days, and I wanted to share that with you all. Here is a little freebie I created about love. I used some washi tape, a few Amy Tangerine stickers, and I made a fabric paperclip. The fabric is actually from my mom’s gunnysack prom dress. I loved the little flowers.
I have been thinking about how God calls us “His beloved.” Yesterday, a friend sent me the song, “My Beloved” by Kari Job. The lyrics have been penetrating my heart, so I journaled them on the Bible page. Click below to download the freebie!
Last night I was thinking about how much Jesus loves us, and God put the passage when Jesus washed the disciples feet on my heart. Jesus did not just tell people he loved them, he showed it through his actions.
“It was just before the Passover Festival. Jesus knew that the hour had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end. …so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him.” John 13:1, 4-5
