Produce in Me – Week 7

Welcome back to the Produce in Me FREE summer class!  I just spent the last week in the Dominican Republic, and this devotion and images were inspired by the trip.  One of my favorite things to drink in the DR are the fresh juices.  Mango, chinola, cherry, strawberry, and lime juice.  *insert heart eye emoji here*

I had written the week seven devotion while we were in the Dominican Republic, but on the plane ride home, a new idea hit me, which is the devotion content you see today.  It is funny how we have our own plans, but God is the one who determines our steps.  He directs our paths.  It is a daily adventure with Him.

In my traveler’s notebook this week, I kept things simple with some watercolors, journaling cards, and written out Bible verses.   Writing out God’s Word is an amazing way to keep His Word in our heart throughout the day.

I was pondering how juice is made in my prayer this week.  The fruit needs to be pressed and put through pressure in order to be turned into something new.  God presses and pushes us through challenges in order to make us into a new creation.  We need to be so full of God’s goodness so it can overflow into the lives of others.

I journaled Galatians 6:9 this week using the verse card that comes with the printable.  It is the perfect size for the margin or your Bible.

Where do you see God’s goodness in your life today?  Are you needing encouragement to keep on doing good for the Lord?  Let us know in the comments below so we can be praying for you!
